Growing up as a Black girl who loved fairies
Some of my fondest childhood memories are carefully planting caladium bulbs and being carried by my Grandmommy to explore greenhouses and spot gargoyles. As I got older though, the lack of representation I saw amongst fairies made me feel like I couldn’t fully own this part of myself. In reconnecting with the Earth and fairy energy, I’ve found my voice again, reclaimed my own power and agency, and let my creativity nourish and sustain me in ways I never used to let myself imagine.

With over a decade as a marketing & operations strategist for beauty, health & wellness brands, 8+ years in entrepreneurship, 5+ years stewarding community gardens in Brooklyn, and completing a 500 hour, three year spiritual herbalism apprenticeship with Sacred Vibes Apothecary in 2025, I weave my lived experience, lineages, and spiritual gifts together in service of the the betterment of the collective at this critical time on our planet.
