Meet Ericka

Hi, I’m Ericka - the baker, herbalist and Earth steward behind Faery Good.

All my life I've been enamored with baking and flowers. I grew up behind a stand mixer with my Nana, studying how she combined flour, sugar and butter with finesse. She taught me that food could tell people you loved them.

Both of my grandfathers had verdant gardens teeming with flora and buzzing with pollinators. Some of my fondest childhood memories are carefully planting caladium bulbs and running around amongst birds of paradise and gargoyles.

In using organic stone-milled flours and seasonal ingredients, Faery Good is an ode to the Earth and Earth workers, ancestral gifts and creativity. Thanks for being here!
