Join me Thursday July 16th at 7pm EST for a virtual workshop all about the fundamentals of making medicinal teas. The practice of making and drinking tea is a simple daily ritual that can nourish, ground and support our bodies, hearts and minds tremendously!

Together, we will learn the difference between infusions and decoctions, discuss the range of possibilities for elemental tea crafting like solar infusions, as well as working with teas and astrology so you can embrace a playful and intentional approach to caring for yourself with tea.
